Heat Therapy:
Remove grain pack from pillowcase, heat in a clean microwave in 30 second intervals until optimal warmth is achieved.

Cool Therapy:
Seal pillow in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 3 or more hours. May leave in freezer indefinitely.

Washing:
Remove grain pack. Wash case in cold water, hang till dry.
