Directions As a dietary supplement the following is recommended. Under 2yrs: 3-5 drops daily (Maintenance), 5 drops, twice daily (Active). 2-5 yrs: 5 drops daily (Maintenance), 0.5 ml, twice daily (Active). 5-12 yrs: 0.5 ml daily (Maintenance), 1.0 ml, twice daily (Active). 12 yrs-Adult: 1.0 ml daily (Maintenance), 1.0 ml, 2-4 times daily (Active).
