Keep out of reach of children. Tamper resistant: Do not use if blister seal is cut, torn or broken. Our packaging is designed to ensure safety and product freshness. Do not use if the outer seals are broken, missing or there is evidence of tampering. You should consult your doctor before using SAM-e if you are taking MAO Inhibitors. Individuals affected by bipolar (manic) depression should not take this product. Like all supplements, SAM-e is not intended for use by children and you should consult your doctor before using SAM-e if you are a pregnant or lactating woman. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if gastrointestinal discomfort occurs.

Directions
For adults, we recommend taking two (2) tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach. In order to obtain maximum benefits, SAM-e should be taken at least 30 minutes prior to a meal.
